Looks like it's a girl

I had an ultrasound today, and it looks like I'm having a girl! The doctor was pretty certain about it, so no hope of a Shawn Jr. I was rooting for a boy, but of course I'm happy either way. The best news was that the baby looks totally healthy, heart is pumping strong, limbs all look good. The doctor took measurements of the baby's head, body, and limbs, which all put her at 21 weeks, which is exactly where she should be. It was totally amazing getting to see so much of our little girl today. Before I went into the doctor's office, I could feel the baby moving around, so I knew we were going to get good pictures. As we were looking at the ultrasound, the baby was moving her arms and legs and lips. The doctor said it looks like we've got a healthy, happy baby girl. That was all I needed to hear.
