We're making a bid!
It's a big day for us...we're making an offer on the house we feel in love with on Saturday. Wish us luck. My stomach is in knots. I'm so nervous and anxious and excited! I'll keep you all posted on what happens in the coming days.

Congrats! Now don't let love override logic. If you get a counter offer from the seller that does not work for you walk away don't give in. Right now there are a lot of fishes (houses) in the sea so if necessary start looking again. Don't let your realator talk you into something that does not make sense, that is their job make a sale.
