We've been Accepted!
After a few restless nights and several longs talks, Shawn and I decided to put a bid on the first house we fell in love with. This was the 4th house we saw, but we kept thinking it was too soon to put a bid on it and kept looking. As you all know we put a bid on another one and got rejected, which I started thinking was a sign of some sort. I just kept thinking back to the Whitford house, so Shawn and I went and saw it again over the weekend and we discussed all the things this house had to offer. We decided to go for it and sent the bid in yesterday. The seller came back with a counteroffer for a little less on closing costs, and we are now accepting. We have to sign the contract and our agent will fax it over to the seller tonight. We will then be under contract and all the other mumbo jumbo will begin. To see pics of this house, go back to my blog from June 8th. I couldn't be happier with our decision. I truly feel this is the perfect house for our family. I can't wait for all of you to see it!!!

Yay! A house! When do you get to move in?
Our closing date is July 28, right after I get back from my trip to SoCal. We want to do a few things before we move in, so it might be early/mid-August. I can't wait!!!!
Oh, and I'll be able to host a playdate at my new house soon after. :-)

It all depends on when you guys are planning on coming. I know it can be hard to plan so far in advance, but we obviously don't want to be moving when you guys are here, so we will try to work things around your trip out. We are more than likely going to use the downstairs office/study as the guest room. It doesn't have a closet though. We are so excited. Thanks for your support and excitement.
Yay! Danny and I are excited for you all. Hopefully Danny and I can plan something for next year to come and visit (around the snow time).Another round of packing.. good luck.

A panic mode will hit you later, it always does, can we make the house payment, houses are so much work, did we move to fast, ect. you guys will be fine.
What about motor home parking?
