Wow our 3rd anniversary
It's hard to believe yesterday was my 3rd anniversary. It doesn't seem like that long, but in the big scope of things Shawn and I have been together for 10 years. Now that's hard to believe. We had a nice relaxing day for the most part. Shawn got back from Lake Mead around 11. Shortly after, we went to lunch at Coyote Hills Golf Course, my suggestion. I thought it would be fun to go back to our wedding site and take a few pictures. The ceremony site has changed a bit in that there are a lot more trees, flowers, etc. But overall, the place looks just like it did when we had our wedding there. It's absolutely one of my favorite settings.
After lunch, we went to Babies R Us to look at mattresses for the crib since their sale was ending yesterday. Barb ended up coming down to meet us because she really wanted to treat us and buy the mattress. So baby's bed is now complete. Thanks, Grammy. We went shopping to the new Target and I picked up a couple pairs of maternity shorts, a must have with this darn heat killing me lately. Shawn then needed to take a nap. Poor guy has had one heck of a long weekend, so I was cool with that. We went to dinner at Acapulco and then stayed in the rest of the night. Shawn hooked up the new TV in the bedroom, so now he can officially sell the monster sized TV that we've been wanting to get rid of for awhile. That thing weighs a ton, so I'll be happy for it to go away before we move.
The best part of the night though was Shawn finally got to see the belly wave, what I've officially named it. Lately, I've been able to see Inara move practically from one side of the belly to the other, but Shawn keeps missing it. So last night I had him stare at the belly for a bit and she finally did it when he was watching. His mouth dropped. He couldn't believe how much she moved and how well he could see it. Oh if he only knew what it felt like. All day yesterday she was on my right side, so my belly has been lopsided and a bit uncomfy I might add. I can't believe just how active she is, but I'd much rather have that than a baby that I can't feel at all. This way I know she's doing well. 7 more days and we get another ultrasound. I can't wait to see baby Inara again.

Happy Anniversary! We just had our 11 year in June!
11 years? That's insane. Does it feel like 11 years? I can't believe it's been that long. Congrats to you and Greg.
